The success of the Carolinas Chili Championship is made possible through the hard work and dedication of a large corps of community volunteers and committees who plan and organize events.
Volunteers may be available for a single day, a shift of a few hours, or participate in a year-round commitment. The level of involvement you choose depends on your interests and availability. We will work to get you involved in a way that you find both meaningful and enjoyable.
Communication with potential new volunteers generally occurs in the beginning of Spring, and periodically throughout the festival season – April to September. We welcome anyone 12 years of age or older to assist in various positions such as: set up and take down, greeting visitors, souvenir and information booth, clean-up, etc. Help others by contributing to your community and creating an unforgettable fun experience.
