Non-Profit Information
Fee
$75 (waved if you cook and bring chili)
Cook team vendors are exempt from this fee
$100 donation will also be given if you cook and bring chili - for non-profits only.
Limited Spots
While there is no strict limits on the number of non-profits, there are space constraits. All spots are first come, first served.

Approval Required
All applications reviewed within 48 hours. Must submit payment after approval if not serving chili. Instructions will be provided via email.
Setup & Schedule

Friday Setup: 11/7 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Saturday Setup: 11/8 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM

Event Time: Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM

Vendor must stay set up until at least 5 PM

Cleanup Deadline: Sunday 11/9 by 12 PM

Chili participation is not required, but vendor approval is. If not participating in Chili, then $75 fee will apply.
